2. Course Enrollment & Payment Policy

• A 25% deposit is required to secure your seat in any course.
• The deposit is non-refundable after two (2) weeks from the course start date.
• Full payment must be completed by the agreed deadline.
• No refunds will be issued after two (2) weeks from the start of the course.

3. Consulting Services Payment Policy

• A 25% deposit is required to begin any consulting project.
• The remaining balance is due as agreed upon in the service contract.
• Payment terms will be determined based on the scope and requirements of the project.

4. Refund Policy

• Course deposits and payments are non-refundable beyond the timelines specified above.
• Consulting service deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion in cases of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Service Agreements & Liability

• For consulting services, a written agreement will outline project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• We are not responsible for outcomes beyond the scope of agreed services.
• Clients and students are responsible for their own participation, implementation, and results.

6. Changes & Cancellations

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds or credits may be offered.
• Consulting services may be modified based on client needs, but any changes may be subject to additional fees.
