ULodging is a secure online platform that allows for an efficient and effective means for matching institutions that need housing with those that have housing.
Development issues delayed time-to-market of the platform and greatly impacted the business delivering to investors and customers. The company needed to quickly find a way to create a functioning web application that delivered promised features.
Solution
ULodging needed a product with enough features to attract early-adopter customers and validate their product idea early in the product development cycle. I re-designed the platform to run on WordPress CMS instead of full development cycle on AWS. With a combination of trusted secured plugins and custom built extension/plugins, I was able to work with ULodging’s technical team to deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that address business, functionality, and cost concerns.
